| twisting products which ones are better for the hair? |

I am trying to start dreading my hair myself. I am weaning myself from my lockologist. I would like to learn how to do some of the upkeep myself in between visits. What do you think is the best product to retwist my hair with. I have heard aloe vera gel, mixed with beewax product. I am open to any suggestions.
